Mid-year reset: revisit your goals and rebuild your momentum
July has a way of arriving with a quiet question: what happened to the goals you set in January? If your answer is complicated, you’re in good company — and a mid-year reset is far more useful than a guilt trip.
Start by looking at the first half of the year the way a good mentor would: with curiosity, not criticism. What actually moved forward? What stalled — and what did that stall teach you about your energy, your priorities or your circumstances?
Not every goal you set months ago still deserves a place on your list. Keep what still matters, rescope what was oversized, and let the rest go without ceremony. Then pick one goal and give it a two-week runway — momentum compounds.
